Crown of Milk & Honey began long before the business itself.

As a child, I spent many of my summer vacations in Haiti. During those visits, my god-sister taught me how to make soap. It became one of our favorite pastimes. Together, we used natural plants, herbs, and ingredients from the garden to create handmade soaps. At the time, I had no idea those moments were planting the seeds for something much greater.

As I entered my teenage years, I suddenly developed sensitive skin. My face became excessively oily, and I struggled with severe acne, back acne, eczema, dry patches, hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring. I also began experiencing allergic reactions to many commercial soaps, cosmetics, heavily fragranced products, and feminine hygiene products. It seemed like my skin reacted to everything.

Watching others use products without concern while constantly searching for something my skin could tolerate left me feeling insecure and frustrated. Yet even then, God was preparing me for a greater purpose.

The Lord had already given me the vision of creating skincare products, but I was not yet ready to walk in obedience. Fear, self-doubt, and insecurity kept me from pursuing what He had placed in my heart.

Then in 2020, during the lockdown, God gave me the vision again.

At first, I didn't know where to begin. But the Lord brought something back to my remembrance: I had made soap before. I remembered the research I had done years earlier when I first considered starting a skincare business. With renewed purpose, I began researching ingredients, studying formulation techniques, and developing products.

As I continued the journey, something remarkable happened. When I fully submitted the vision to God, the recipes began to come together in ways I could not have imagined. The ingredients made sense. The formulations flowed naturally. What once felt overwhelming became clear.

You'll often hear me say, "These aren't my recipes; they're the Holy Comforter's recipes."

While I formulate every product and carefully select every ingredient, I believe the inspiration comes from the Holy Comforter. I simply chose to be obedient and steward the gifts, knowledge, and creativity that God placed in my hands.

At Crown of Milk & Honey, we believe self-care is a form of stewardship. The way we care for ourselves matters, which is why every product is intentionally crafted to nourish the body while creating a luxurious self-care experience.

Our products are inspired by God's natural provision and thoughtfully formulated. We carefully select each ingredient for its unique benefits and purpose, creating products designed to support healthy-looking skin and hair.

What began as a personal search for products suitable for sensitive skin has grown into a collection of handcrafted skincare and haircare products created with quality, intention, and care. Every formula is developed with real-life use in mind and refined through years of research, testing, and feedback.

From rich, creamy lathers and nourishing body oils to indulgent scrubs and conditioning treatments, our goal is to transform everyday care into a luxurious self-care experience. Hi, I'm Liline of the Valley, 

Creator & Formulator of Crown of Milk & Honey.

I am a first-generation American born to Haitian parents and raised in Queens, New York. Growing up, I was blessed to experience the richness of both cultures, which helped shape my appreciation for family, faith, creativity, and natural living.

The Lord has blessed me with a creative spirit and a love for artistic pursuits. Whether through writing, poetry, singing, cooking, product creation, or entrepreneurship, I have always found joy in creating things that inspire, encourage, and serve others. 

My faith is at the center of everything I do. It influences not only the products I create but also the way I approach business, community, and service. I believe our gifts are meant to be stewarded well, used with excellence, and shared in ways that glorify God while blessing others.
