By accessing the Crown of Milk and Honey website or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or purchase products.
Crown of Milk and Honey offers handcrafted personal‑care products made with natural, organic and naturally derived ingredients and preservatives. These items are produced in small batches for external use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Because they are made with ingredients sourced from nature and designed for personal use, they are treated as perishable or hygienic goods, which influences the refund and exchange policies (see section 7).
Because our ingredients are naturally sourced, variations in color, scent and texture may occur from batch to batch.
Before using any product, perform a patch test on a small area of skin to check for sensitivity or allergic reaction. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. For any severe or prolonged reaction, consult a healthcare professional. The statements on our website about the potential benefits of our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and individual results may vary.
Crown of Milk and Honey accepts the payment methods listed at checkout (such as major credit cards and digital wallets). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that funds are available. Payments are processed at the time your order is placed.
To protect both our customers and our business, orders over $150.00 require additional verification. We may contact you to confirm your billing and shipping address or request identification to ensure the order is legitimate. If we are unable to verify the order to our satisfaction, or if the order appears fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. These measures help prevent unauthorized transactions and safeguard customers’ personal information.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days of purchase. “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays, so orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. This processing period refers to the time we need to make and package your order; it does not include transit time, which begins only after your order is handed to the carrier. Orders may ship sooner if inventory is readily available. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, we will email you a shipment confirmation that includes a tracking number. Tracking information enables you to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier’s system.
We will notify you if there is a significant delay caused by inventory shortages, holidays or weekends. Crown of Milk and Honey is not liable for late deliveries or failures in delivery resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
Crown of Milk and Honey maintains a strict no‑refund and no‑exchange policy due to the sensitive, personal and perishable nature of the goods sold. This approach is consistent with industry practices for perishable goods; for example, florists often have a “final sale” policy because the items cannot be resold and replacement is only offered for products that arrive damaged.
Once a package is turned over to the carrier, any loss, theft or misdelivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your shipment is lost:
We distinguish between damaged and defective goods. Damaged goods are products that have been physically harmed or altered during storage, handling or shipping, making them unsuitable for use; examples include cracked containers, crushed packaging or leaking contents, and items arriving with ripped boxes or missing parts.
Defective goods are products that fail to function as intended or do not meet the quality standards promised by the manufacturer because of design or manufacturing flaws.
Please note that “defective” does not mean you simply dislike the product or find it unsuitable for your personal preference—a product you do not care for or no longer want is not considered defective under this policy.
If your shipment arrives damaged, defective or is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier or your optional shipping‑insurance provider. Carriers generally require prompt reporting and documentation such as tracking numbers, proof of value and photographs of the damage. Claims for lost packages or damage during transit are handled by the carrier; Crown of Milk and Honey does not issue replacements or refunds for such incidents. We may assist by providing documentation but are not responsible for filing or pursuing these claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown of Milk and Honey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of its products or the inability to use them. The company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement and quiet enjoyment. Crown of Milk and Honey’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Crown of Milk and Honey be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from or relating to the use of our website, products or services.
