Crown of Milk and Honey maintains a strict no‑refund and no‑exchange policy due to the sensitive, personal and perishable nature of the goods sold.  This approach is consistent with industry practices for perishable goods; for example, florists often have a “final sale” policy because the items cannot be resold and replacement is only offered for products that arrive damaged.

1. All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.  You agree that "change‑of‑mind," dislike of the product or unused items are not valid reasons for a refund or exchange.
    
2. Wrong or Missing Items.  If you receive an incorrect product or discover that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.  Provide your order number and clear photographs of the package and its contents to substantiate the claim.  Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement of the correct item or store credit.  We do not issue cash refunds, and we may ask you to return the incorrect item before dispatching the correct replacement.
    
3. Non‑refundable items. Custom or personalized products, perishable goods and any opened or used items are never eligible for refunds.
    
4. Shipping costs. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the wrong item was shipped or a product arrives damaged.
    
5. Policy changes. Crown of Milk and Honey reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.  Customers are encouraged to review it regularly.

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective or is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier or your optional shipping‑insurance provider.  Carriers generally require prompt reporting and documentation such as tracking numbers, proof of value and photographs of the damage. Claims for lost packages or damage during transit are handled by the carrier; Crown of Milk and Honey does not issue replacements or refunds for such incidents.  We may assist by providing documentation but are not responsible for filing or pursuing these claims.
